🔁 Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our return conditions carefully:

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Cut-to-length fabrics (bespoke items)

• Flame-retardant fabrics

• Used, washed, or damaged goods

These items cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

✅ Returnable Items

• Full rolls or bolts may be returned only if unused and in original condition.

• Please contact our team in advance on 020 8575 0279 to authorise and arrange the return.

🔄 Order Cancellations

• Orders cancelled before cutting, packing, or dispatch will be refunded minus any transaction fees (from PayPal, Stripe, etc.).

💡 We highly recommend ordering a sample before placing a large order, especially if you’re unsure about colour, texture, or weight.
