2. Eligibility to Purchase

Our products are available to individuals, businesses, schools, universities, and other institutions. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and are at least 18 years old.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit card (through Stripe or Takepayments) and PayPal.

  • If we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued via your original payment method.

4. Samples

We strongly recommend ordering samples before committing to larger fabric purchases.

  • You can order up to 10 samples per transaction.

  • Each sample is charged at 99p.

  • Please note: Samples are valid for 7 days, as dye lots and stock may change frequently.

5. Product Information

  • We aim to keep all product descriptions, images, and prices up to date, but cannot guarantee exact colour representation due to screen variations.

  • Fabrics may shrink when washed, dry cleaned, or ironed. Please allow for this in your project.

  • Shades may vary between different dye batches or rolls.

  • Fabrics not in stock are usually replenished within 1–2 weeks, but rare cases may take up to 5 weeks.

6. Quality Control

All fabric is thoroughly inspected by our Quality Control team before dispatch to ensure high standards are met.

7. Delivery & Returns

  • If you receive faulty goods, please contact us within 14 days of your order.

  • Once fabric has been cut, washed, or altered, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, as it becomes a bespoke order.

  • Postage and packaging charges are non-refundable.

All content, images, and product descriptions on this Website are the property of Textile Station. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written permission.
