3. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders are subject to product availability and price confirmation.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order.
  • We accept payments via credit/debit card (processed securely through Stripe or Takepayments) and PayPal.
  • If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.

4. Samples

We recommend ordering samples before purchasing larger fabric quantities.

  • You may order up to 10 samples per transaction.
  • Each sample costs £0.99.
  • Please note: Samples are valid for 7 days as dye lots and stock may change frequently.

5. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. However:

  • Colours may vary depending on screen display settings.
  • Fabrics may shrink when washed, ironed, or dry-cleaned — please allow for this in your project.
  • Shades may differ slightly between different dye batches or rolls.
  • Out-of-stock items are usually replenished within 1–2 weeks, but in rare cases may take up to 5 weeks.

6. Quality Control

All fabrics are carefully inspected by our Quality Control Team before dispatch to ensure they meet our high standards.

7. Delivery & Returns

  • If you receive faulty goods, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Once fabric has been cut, washed, or altered, it becomes a bespoke item and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Postage and packaging charges are non-refundable.
