I'm not a company. Can individuals purchase fabric from your website?
Absolutely! You don’t need to be a business to order from us — we’re happy to supply fabric to anyone who needs it, whether you’re a hobby sewer, student, crafter, or professional.
Do you supply samples of your range?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer a sample service. Our fabric prices are already kept as low as possible, and the postage cost for a sample would be similar to that of a one-metre length. If you’d like to see a fabric before committing to a larger order, we recommend purchasing one metre to test colour and quality.
Is there a minimum order level?
There is No Minimum Order Level when ordering with Online Fabrics. We believe that our customers should have the flexibility to order how much they need whenever the need it.
If I order a quantity of fabric (e.g. 5 metres), will I receive one continuous length or individual metre pieces?
When you order multiple metres of the same fabric, you will receive one continuous piece wherever possible. If you’d like your fabric cut into specific lengths, please let us know when placing your order. On very rare occasions, certain fabrics may only be available in pre-cut one-metre lengths — if this happens, we’ll contact you before dispatch.
